O1 Properties and WPP Group sign long-term lease for office space in Lesnaya Plaza office centre

December 4, 2013 – O1 Properties is pleased to announce that it has signed 7-year lease contract with WPP Group advertising and communications holding company for 3 500 sq. m of office space in Lesnaya Plaza office centre. 

Jones Lang LaSalle acted as a consultant in the transaction.

Lease has been taken for two WPP Group companies - Geometry Global that will have 2 323 sq. m on the 9th floor and Ogilvy & Mather that will take up 1 219 sq. m on the 8th floor.

Alexander Ostrovsky, O1 Properties CEO: “We have owned this office complex since late 2011. Our global project that we started this year to upgrade the building is now reaching its final stage: by january the business center will have a new lobby with comfortable waiting areas for visitors, and improved elevator management system will be completed. We are delighted to have a new tenant, and I believe that Lesnaya Plaza’s high quality level will fully justify the choice made by WPP Group. With this contract signed, Lesnaya Plaza is now 100% leased out.”

The neighbouring streets include Butyrsky Val, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya street, and Leningradsky prospect. The distance to the Third Transport Ring is 1.4 km.
