The Japanese restaurant Marukame will open in the White Stone business centreĀ 

25 May 2016. – The investment company O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of the premium office property in Moscow, is pleased to announce the signing of a long-term lease agreement with the Japanese restaurant chain Marukame, which has rented the space in the A class White Stone business centre. The broker of the deal was the Finance Project company. 

The Marukame restaurant will take 369 sq m on the business centre’s ground floor and will already open its doors for the guests in July 2016. This will be the sixth location of the Japanese chain in Moscow and, as with all other spots that it has opened, it will be an open kitchen restaurant. The first Marugame Seimen restaurant in Moscow was opened in February 2013 in the Pyatnitskaya Street. The company currently also has locations in such countries as the USA, China and Thailand. 

The White Stone business centre is one of the landmark office buildings in the city centre of Moscow, and was built in 2005 as designed by the architectural bureau Ostozhenka, Aedas. The business centre, with its gross leasable area of 39,681 sq m, is located close to the Belorusskaya metro station and the Belorussky Railway Terminal, which connects Moscow with the Sheremetyevo airport. The modern architecture and panoramic facade fenestration distinguish the business centre from the general architectural landscape. The renovations of the parking area and the lobby, with a new modern design, were completed in 2014. Among the anchor tenants are such big Russian and international companies as Slavneft, Bacardi, LG Electronics, Weatherford etc.
